Strammer Max Salad

This is a salad version of Strammer Max (literally strapper Max), a dish well known in Germany. Originally it consists of two slices of bread, some butter, ham, mayonnaise and sunny side up eggs. For the salad version I used lettuce and lollo bianco salad as base. Thin stripes of ham and a twist of sunny side up egg (for me it were simple hard boiled eggs) alongside some ovenbaked splits of potatos marinaded in olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and thyme instead of bread and a hearty dressing consisting of olive oil, aceto balsamico, mustard and some spices make the salad quite satiable. It's delicious.
