Teaparty

This is my entry for the still life challenge (fav.me/dbex6v3) this month. The theme was fairy tales and I knew I just had to do it! Looking around the house I found a lot of items that fit perfectly for a tea party, so Alice in Wonderland was it. It's everything there: the clock, the white hare, Mad Hatters hat, tea cups, cookies that make you grow , a drink that makes you small and of course the storybook itself. For that occasion I made royal iced sugar cookies and painted some roses on them according to the heart queen who decapitated everyone who didn't paint the white flowers red.

Unfortunately our garden currently is a big building site since the landlord is building a new house, so unfortunately there was no chance to shoot in the garden. Would've looked much better instead of a rather improvised green background. Hopefully you still like my small arrangement!
